What does your company do?

Our company MM Fleet services , operates as a mechanical and panel beating workshop. We specialize in: • Vehicle repairs and maintenance • Panel beating (repairing and restoring vehicle bodywork) • Spray painting • Training students from technical schools to equip them with hands-on experience in the motor industry MM FLEET SERVICES is also known for giving back to the community, which we do through your nonprofit arm, MM Cares Foundation, by assisting schools with tools to improve academic performance.

What is your biggest success?

My biggest success has been leaving my 9-5 job in April 2024 to fully pursue my calling as Director/CEO of MMFleet a bold move of faith and purpose. Since then, i managed: •Established MM Fleet as a trusted workshop in mechanical and panel beating services. • Created job and training opportunities for young people, especially students from technical schools. • Launched MM Cares Foundation, extending my impact by empowering schools and communities.

What has been your biggest hurdle?

My biggest hurdle has been breaking into the motor industry—a space that’s often difficult to access without strong connections or significant capital. I also faced the challenge of lacking funds to further my education after school, which could have derailed my journey. Instead, I overcame these setbacks by starting my own workshop, building credibility from the ground up, and trusting in the vision God gave me. These struggles have shaped my resilience and leadership today.
