Crafting Wealth Business Solutions
What does your company do?
We provide accessible, high-impact beauty training through mobile workshops and a digital learning platform, specifically designed for rural, township, and underserved communities. Our academy empowers Black youth and previously disadvantaged individuals with practical skills, entrepreneurship training, and digital tools to become self-sufficient beauty professionals.
What is your biggest success?
The academy’s greatest success lies in its ability to bring accredited beauty education to the doorstep of marginalized communities—especially in rural and township areas—without requiring learners to leave their environment or access traditional institutions.
Key Highlight:
Empowering over 90 young women and unemployed youth through hands-on mobile workshops and a fully functional digital platform many of whom have gone on to start their own salons, mobile beauty services, or freelance beauty work.
What makes this a standout achievement: Breaking access barriers: Many learners lacked the funds or transport to attend beauty colleges. The mobile academy eliminated that obstacle.
Digital reach: Through mobile-friendly courses and WhatsApp-based mentorship, even learners in remote areas gained access to high-quality training.
Cultural relevance: By integrating traditional beauty knowledge and township business tactics with formal skills, learners related easily to the content and implemented it quickly.
Job creation: Graduates have not only become self-employed but are now employing others, amplifying the economic ripple effect.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
