What is your biggest success?
I transformed my own life for 10 years and got off sugar, dairy and gluten. I use to be in doctors room all the time and they never check my diet. When I realized that sugar, dairy and gluten where making me sick I found a way to heal myself through superfoods, Reiki healing and fermented food
