What does your company do?
Chic-Tribe Digital empowers young women by providing access to mentorship, skills development, and platforms for visibility. Through programs like the EmpowHer Creators Lab, we support female creatives and entrepreneurs in building confidence, gaining digital skills, and launching their own initiatives. We create inclusive spaces that foster growth, leadership, and self-expression—helping young women break barriers and contribute meaningfully to their communities and the economy.
What is your biggest success?
Our biggest success is launching the EmpowHer Creators Lab, a transformative program offering mentorship, skills development, and networking opportunities for young female creatives and entrepreneurs. The Lab has become a catalyst for growth, providing a safe space for women to learn, build confidence, and turn ideas into tangible impact. It reflects our mission to not only tell inspiring stories but also help shape the future of women in media and business.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
Our biggest challenge has been accessing consistent funding to support and expand our impact. As a purpose-driven platform, we are deeply committed to empowering women, but limited financial resources often restrict the scale of our initiatives. Despite this, we remain resilient and focused, using creativity and collaboration to drive our work forward while actively seeking aligned partners who believe in our vision.
