Likamva Hospitality Services Pty Ltd is a job creator through training and development and employee candidates to outsource them to different clients in different industries.
What is your biggest success?
We have been funded to purchase a hotel in another province and was the very first successful applications in the area. We broke the barrier to be the first black/coloured female to own commercial property in the specific street which is the main street in the area. We will be employing 19 candidates to work at the hotel.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
Our biggest hurdle was cashflow in the beginning as we didn't expect the company to start off with such a bang, but we managed to overcome it.
