What has been your biggest hurdle?

Our greatest hurdle has been overcoming resistance to change, especially in environments with deeply rooted habits and low morale. Shifting mindsets, building trust, and getting buy-in from all levels—particularly leadership—has required patience, consistency, and a tailored approach. In some cases, fragmented processes and unclear accountability structures made it challenging to implement sustainable training solutions. However, by staying committed to motivation, practical learning, and ongoing support, we’ve turned these hurdles into opportunities for deeper transformation and stronger team alignment.
