What does your company do?
Vivre Consulting is a strategy consultancy with specialised focus on identifying, leveraging on and protecting Value.
At heart, we’re a strategic advisory: we deliver Value insights, develop and refine specialized strategy implementation for enterprises, and provide Value Creation advisory and support services purpose-built for YOUR business, non-profit or venture’s needs.
We go beyond the usual: we developed and use an entirely new strategic approach (Value Innovation) that powerfully leverages Value creation dynamics to to drive growth, sustainability and impact
Our approach makes creating and leveraging Value easy by providing detailed insights into an enterprise’s internal and external environment, and where and how value can be created.
What is your biggest success?
My most innovative and most personally gratifying accomplishment to date is my developing a strategic methodology (Value Innovation) and an accompanying framework (Vivre Value Mapping Framework) to support enterprises of all stripes in identifying and leverage on Value to drive growth, after seeing that enterprises often struggled to capture and apply the concept of Value within their operations.
I also recently developed a Value Creation toolkit that powerfully connects enterprise leaders with their enterprise's Value Proposition and gain mastery of compellingly positioning their unique Value and offerings to improve their chances of success.
The toolkit features expert insights and cutting-edge guidance that clarify the dynamics of Value when developing and articulating their Value, seeking out partnerships, funding or competition wins and how they can leverage them.
I'm particularly proud of the toolkit launch, since it represents my and my consultancy's first foray into the enterprise tools space.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
Over the past few years, getting widescale awareness and adoption of the Value Innovation approach has been slower going than I anticipated.
While the clients I've engaged have been enthusiastic about Value creation once we started working, it's been something of a challenge to get people to see the importance of focusing on Value from the outset, especially enterprises that are at the start of their journeys or who haven't yet stabilized themselves in terms of revenue, operations and the like.
But I believe it's only a matter of time: Value has been coming to the forefront in recent times, especially due to global economic shifts bringing impacts to bear directly onto enterprises
Encouragingly, I have been seeing a growing interest in Value creation lately, just from the interactions I'm now seeing across my socials platforms and in general, so it looks like a concerted focus Value and its creation may be on the up
