These innovative products are supported by a robust distribution network and a team with decades of technical and commercial expertise in water solutions for the mining, petrochemical, bottling, power generation, industrial, steel and municipal sectors.
Quality aftersales service is one of the cornerstones of our success along with the establishment of long-term partnerships with system integrators, consultants, engineering firms and consulting engineers.
What is your biggest success?
Firstly, making the leap from corporate employee to business owner. This was very daunting for me as I’d been in corporate all my life. Taking up the challenge and conquering the mountain was at times both very stressful & very rewarding. I wouldn’t have it any other way now. I love my job!
Secondly, building up an amazing customer base of loyal clients & suppliers who have been with us for our entire journey so far. These people are not only customers but friends and we couldn’t do this without them.
One of my mentors once said ‘People buy people not companies’ and this is so true.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
Financing for SMMEs and business red tape in South Africa are definitely some of the biggest hurdles to any SMME’s growth potential.
This really needs to be given some attention as the economic contribution of SMMEs can be substantial if more support is given to this ‘lost’ group. SMMEs have the potential to employ more people and bring innovative ideas into the marketplace. Traditional funding mechanisms need to be revisited and changed.
