We offer household services: cleaning, laundry washing and private chef services
What is your biggest success?
My biggest success has been being able to create jobs for people and giving them skills to clean and make their own money. Also obtaining & managing contract BnB clients.
I have learnt a lot from making mistakes, doing trial and errors in my business with my clients and employees, this has taught me what it means to be a leader and taught me to be strong and resilient in business.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
My biggest hurdle has been sales and marketing. I need to generate leads, make cold calls and marketing : both digital & traditional. This is the major aspect of a business & I feel like I’m failing.
The second hurdle is finding mentorship programs for myself as an entrepreneur.
The third hurdle is finding training for my employees as well as finding for the training
I also need funding to move my company to Johannesburg, where my target market is. I will need to rent office space , brand the office, buy stationary, office furniture, company branded van and cleaning equipment & supplies
