What is your biggest success?
I bought the business 8 years ago and took it from being in a R6mil deficit to a R15mil profit. It was a lot of hard work and restructuring, but the business has been stable and profitable since.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
Managing a big team is always a challenge. It's a lot of different personalities and moving parts and every day the challenge is to keep the team motivated, passionate and eager to be at work. In our industry we are continuously chasing deadlines and make sure the team stay on top of these and don't burnout is often a challenge, but one that also comes with a lot of reward.
