My biggest success has been the publication and global reach of my baking ebook. Selling over 800 copies across 12 countries of The Science Behind Baking is incredibly rewarding, knowing I've shared valuable baking knowledge worldwide. More profoundly, the ebook has empowered numerous women to improve their financial situations by transforming their baking passion into income. Beyond recipes, it delves into the science of baking, personal and business development, marketing, and pricing – a comprehensive guide for aspiring baking entrepreneurs.

What has been your biggest hurdle?
The biggest hurdle has been securing sufficient capital to fully realize my vision of a comprehensive online baking supply store, particularly for bakers in rural South Africa. While we've achieved significant growth from a R5,000 monthly revenue in 2020 to almost R100,000 todate by reinvesting profits, limited inventory sometimes leads to lost sales. Customers across the country, relying on courier services, are understandably hesitant to purchase if all their needs aren't met in one order. This necessitates a step-by-step approach, impacting our ability to be the ultimate one-stop shop I aspire to create.
