We are competing globally, partnering and working with Companies such as Nesma & Partners Saudi, PACE Global and New Zealand based Companies. Our global footprint with recruiting in Saudi and other countries outside SA. As well as the recruitment we do in SA. Our biggest success is to place an employee in a job

What has been your biggest hurdle?

Financial constraints is a hurdle. Budgets of companies is a big hurdle in our business. As a recruitment consultant my biggest hurdles are: Unrealistic client expectations Clients may want a "unicorn" candidate—someone with every skill, years of experience, at a low salary, and available immediately. Managing those expectations diplomatically is key but difficult. Candidate ghosting or drop-offs Even after rounds of interviews and positive signs, candidates can vanish or accept counter-offers. It’s frustrating and can damage trust with clients. Speed vs. quality Clients often want fast placements, but the best candidates usually require time to source, vet, and move through a process. Rushing can lead to poor fits and early drop-offs. Market shifts Talent markets change rapidly—what worked 6 months ago might not work now. Adapting sourcing strategies while keeping clients educated is a challenge. Maintaining long-term relationships Keeping clients and candidates happy over time, not just during a single placement, takes consistent communication and follow-up.
