Ndiyazazi-I AM ENOUGH PTY LTD
What does your company do?
Ndiyazazi – I AM ENOUGH PTY LTD is a dynamic, woman-led company operating in two impactful sectors: civil construction and women empowerment. We provide quality infrastructure services while also creating transformative spaces through events, mentorship, and wellness initiatives that uplift, educate, and equip women to know their worth, grow in business, and heal from within.
What is your biggest success?
One of my biggest successes to date has been successfully securing and completing my first two civil construction projects in 2024 — a monumental milestone for me as a woman-led startup in a male-dominated industry. Both projects were delivered on time and with excellence, earning trust, credibility, and repeat interest from stakeholders.
Equally significant is the growth and impact of my brand, Ndiyazazi–I AM ENOUGH,which has transformed from an idea into a powerful movement. Through women empowerment events, mentorship, and wellness gatherings, the brand has touched hundreds of lives, created safe spaces for healing, and inspired many women to start or grow their businesses.
Balancing construction and empowerment has not only shown the strength of the company’s vision but has also proven that purpose and profit can coexist — making impact while building a sustainable, women-led enterprise.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
My biggest hurdle has been navigating the early stages of running a dual-focused business in both civil construction and women empowerment without prior industry mentorship or funding support. Entering the construction sector as a black woman came with unique challenges — from not being taken seriously in boardrooms to constantly proving my capabilities on-site. The lack of access to networks, capital, and large-scale opportunities was a barrier that tested my resilience and commitment.
On the empowerment side, building a brand that speaks to healing and purpose meant doing deep emotional work while holding space for others — all while learning how to monetize the vision sustainably. Balancing these two demanding spaces often felt overwhelming.
But through faith, determination, and consistency, I’ve learned to turn these hurdles into stepping stones. These experiences have shaped my leadership and grounded me in the mission to build boldly while healing purposefully.
