What does your company do?
Our mission is clear: to uplift and empower female entrepreneurs by equipping them with everything they need to succeed in today’s fast-paced digital landscape. We believe that behind every great small business is a woman with a bold vision—and we're here to bring that vision to life through strategic, accessible, and empowering digital solutions.
FoundHer Digital exists to close the gap that many women face when starting and growing their businesses—particularly in the online space. We specialise in supporting small to medium-sized businesses that are female-owned, offering services that not only elevate their brand presence but also simplify their digital journey.
FoundHer Digital is also about creating spaces for women to be seen, heard, and celebrated in business. We believe that when women thrive, communities thrive. That’s why every strategy we build, every design we craft, and every story we tell is with the intention of helping women-led businesses grow, gain visibility, and reach their fullest potential.
What is your biggest success?
My biggest success has been building a purpose-driven business that truly empowers and uplifts other women.
Starting FoundHer Digital was never just about offering digital services—it was about creating a space where female entrepreneurs feel seen, supported, and set up for success. Over the past four years, I’ve had the privilege of helping so many incredible women launch, grow, and refine their businesses, many of whom started with little confidence in the digital world and now run brands they’re proud of.
There’s nothing more rewarding than seeing a client go from feeling overwhelmed to owning their presence online with clarity and confidence. Being part of that transformation—again and again—has been my greatest success.
On a practical level, my success also lies in building a business that’s sustainable, values-driven, and growing steadily through authentic relationships and word-of-mouth—proof that what we’re doing matters, and that we’re making a real impact in the small business space.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
My biggest hurdle over the past four years has been wearing all the hats while trying to scale sustainably.
As a female founder supporting other women in business, I’ve found it both rewarding and incredibly challenging to manage the balance between delivering high-quality work for clients, growing the business strategically, and maintaining a strong personal foundation. The digital landscape moves fast, and staying ahead while also being present for clients—many of whom are also juggling their own demanding roles—has tested my resilience and time management more than I ever imagined.
There have been seasons of burnout, self-doubt, and moments where it felt easier to stay small rather than take bold steps forward. But each challenge has taught me how to set better boundaries, build systems, and most importantly, trust in the mission and the long game. Learning to delegate, invest in the right support, and say no to misaligned opportunities has been a journey—and a vital part of FoundHer Digital’s growth.
