What does your company do?
We are an Accounting and Tax practice that specializes in Enterprise and Supplier Development support. We also offer business advisory and financial coaching.
What is your biggest success?
Our biggest success is being part of the SAICE Enterprise Development and Sasol Financial Excellence as financial coaches of choice for the past 3 years. We have made a positive impact on 20 SMMEs that we have coached and support in their back for the past 3 years with individual highlights of SMMEs that doubled in revenue and were able gain access to new markets.
What has been your biggest hurdle?
Our biggest hurdle is sustainability as we depend on 1-year contracts and projects which we have been fortunate with renewals in the past, but we do not have any guarantees of further renewals. This makes difficult to hire more employees because of the fear of not being able to afford the payroll expense in future.
