What has been your biggest hurdle?
ZuZanna’s Wellness’ biggest hurdle is scaling up to meet rising demand while maintaining quality and compliance. Despite a loyal customer base and strong monthly sales, limited production capacity—currently capped at 1,000 units per week—prevents expansion into major retail and export markets. The business lacks the equipment, certifications, and staff needed to grow sustainably. Without HACCP certification and modern machinery, the brand cannot access larger contracts or streamline operations.
